  • Q: What is the process to rent a home through Greater Boise Property Management?

    A:

    We make this as easy and painless as possible while keeping in mind that we are going to trust you with one quarter to one half million dollars’ worth of property.

    1. Select which properties interest you and contact GBPM to learn more about each of the properties and to schedule a viewing. If you think you will apply for one of these properties, the GBPM representative will supply a Rental Application and Rent/Lease Agreement.
    2. When you've decided which property you want, fill out the Rental Application and the Rent / Lease Agreement and contact GBPM to setup a meeting to review and sign the documents and fund the application fees, deposits and pro-rated rents. You will receive a Move-in date and time along with a Utility Form.
    3. As soon as you have scheduled the utilities to transfer to your name on the Move-in date, send the completed Utility Form to GBPM. You will receive the keys and possession of the property only after you've transferred the utilities to your name.
    4. Meet the GBPM representative at the property on your scheduled -in date and time to complete the Move-in process, receiving your keys and verifying the state of the property.
